  • Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 1 days prior to the scheduled dive date will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made before Going to the Boat on the dive date will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made when You Go to the boat of the dive or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their dive up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty, subject to availability.

3. Cancellation by Us

  • Weather Conditions: For your safety, dives may be canceled due to unfavorable weather or sea conditions. In such cases, we offer a full refund or reschedule the dive at no additional cost.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of equipment failure, staff illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

4. Refund Process
