2. Delivery of Services

When you book a scuba diving experience with us, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking, including the date, time, and location of your dive. This confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of your booking.

If you are purchasing any scuba diving gear or merchandise from our store, we offer delivery services across Havelock Island and Andaman. For international or mainland India orders, additional delivery times and charges may apply.

3. Service Locations

We primarily serve customers on Havelock Island and across the Andaman Islands. For those visiting us from other parts of India or internationally, our online booking system ensures that your scuba diving experience is secured before your arrival.

For physical product deliveries:

  • Local delivery on Havelock Island is available at no extra charge.
  • For deliveries to the mainland or international locations, additional shipping fees may apply based on the destination.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Local orders on Havelock Island come with free delivery.
  • For mainland India and international orders, shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the item. These costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.

For scuba diving bookings, there are no additional charges related to the delivery of booking confirmations or tickets. Everything is handled digitally for your convenience.

5. Delivery Timeframe

  • Booking Confirmations: You will receive your booking confirmation via email within 24 hours of placing your reservation.
  • Diving Gear & Merchandise:
    • Havelock Island: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
    • Mainland India: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
    • International Orders: Delivery times vary between 10-15 business days, depending on the location.

6. Order Tracking

For physical product purchases, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. For local deliveries on Havelock Island, we ensure timely updates via phone or email.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling Diving Bookings: We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your scuba diving experience up to 48 hours before your scheduled dive. Please contact us directly to arrange a new date.
  • Refund Policy: For cancellations made 48 hours prior to your dive, we offer a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the dive may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Returns on Purchased Items: If you are unsatisfied with any diving gear or merchandise purchased, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
